Joy Ku is the Parent Concierge at Access College America, bringing a wealth of experience across the education industry, business development, healthcare, and customer service. Previously, Joy served as Executive Director at Huntington Learning Center, where she excelled in leadership, managing operations, and driving marketing initiatives. She also co-founded a non-profit called Verve. Through this venture, Verve partners with businesses to host events that drive engagement and support charitable causes.

Joy's experience directly enhances her ability to build trust with families.  As Parent Concierge, she is responsible for ensuring that each family's journey for more information is smooth and stress-free.

Joy and her husband have three children: a son working as a cyber security consultant; a daughter who just started her first year at UT Dental School; and another daughter in 7th grade. Joy’s hobbies include playing league tennis and volunteering with her daughter at River Point Church.
