Dale Price, MBA is the Founder & Owner of Access College America LLC, a national provider for college planning solutions. He's worked in higher education since 2006 and offers extensive experience in the admissions & financial aid arena from the globally recognized Los Angeles Film School in Hollywood, CA. Dale guides his high school clients from start to finish including a transition into their first year of college.
A former Scholarship Chair and President of a large non-profit, Texas Exes Los Angeles, Dale has reviewed hundreds of competitive college essays, personal statements and scholarship applications, which resulted in granting thousands of dollars in funds to incoming freshman. His advice has been featured on FOX NEWS, CBS, CHARLOTTE TODAY & GOOD DAY TEXAS.
Dale earned his Master in Business Administration degree from the University of Redlands, a private Baptist university in CA, after completing his undergrad with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in government, from the University of Texas, Austin (hook 'em horns!). Before that, he received an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from McLennan Community College in Waco, TX. His diversified exposure provides various viewpoints of college culture, a perspective that is essential to anyone on the hunt for the right college.
Dale and his fiancé, a physician, recently relocated to Austin from Los Angeles, by way of Charlotte NC, with their two dogs, Bella & Olive. Dale is proud to call the the Lone Star State home and travels frequently throughout the United States for workshops, conferences & television appearances.
Dale meets with over 20 college counselors a year as an active member of The Higher Education Consultants Association (HECA), the Southern Association for College Admission Counseling (SACAC) & the Texas Association for College Admission Counseling (TACAC).
