Dale has kept on top of trends and options and, as a result, provides highly personalized and compassionate advisory services. Special needs students and their parents, the LGBTQIA+ community, returning students, veterans, and traditional applicants (high school to college) are treated as individuals throughout the entire process.

Before completing his Master in Business Administration degree from the University of Redlands he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in government, from the University of Texas, Austin.

Dale is the Former Scholarship Chair and the Past President of Texas Exes, Los Angeles. Dale is a Professional Member of the Higher Education Consultants Association, an Associate Member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association, a Life Member of the Texas-Exes and serves as an Ambassador for the Westlake Chamber of Commerce.

He also serves on several scholarship award committees and has personally reviewed countless competitive college essays, personal statements, and scholarship applications.
